      Drawer-type magnetic filter which is also called Powderlot  Iron Remover mainly uses in cleaning the magnetic substance in  powdered, flaky or grainy sources. Widely use in ceramics,electricity, minging, plastic, chemical,rubber, pharmacy,food, environmental protection, pigment, dyestuff,Electronic and metallurgy etc.

     

    Operating Principle

      Drawer-type magnetic filter is a magnetic filtering bar which made by special production method and superior of materials stainless steel pipes and High class B level rare earth NdFeb. fixing in a good quality stainless steeel bracket makes as a Magnetic filter. When magnetic matters go through, they will be adsorbed firmly in the magnetic bar body by the magnetic attract so to products and equipments keep in well condition and safe.

     

    Characteristic

      The product is low- energy consumption, non-pollution, easy install. It can install in production delivery pipe or the entrance to save space. Magnetic Bars crossing place close to make good use of the strong magnetic area.

    1390 means the total Iron-remover length, millimeter; that can do per customers request for the vertical length between out-come mouth and ground,  dregs out month and ground.

    3means the layers of the remover,one drawer has one or two lines of magnetic bars which can do per customers’ request.

    ZF9-50 means the Appendiculate pulsator Model, there are two ZF9-50,②ZF18-50;N means no pulsator.(See below technical data)

    M means the Temperature resistance; see the magnetic bar operation.
